Blood Collection for Horse Export

  1. Tests will be conducted In-house at EVMC Diagnostic Laboratory. However, in the case of an unforeseen circumstance, when a test cannot be conducted in-house, the blood sample will be shipped to an approved international laboratory.  A shipping charge will apply for submission sent to an international laboratory.
  2. EVMC is not responsible for blood collection. After receiving the request form and the relevant documents, a Veterinarian from the Department of Animal Resources, Ministry of Municipality (DAR-MM) will organize the blood collection directly with the customer/customer representative.
  3. The test results are released to the veterinarian from DAR-MM, who will share the report with the customer. Client must contact the veterinarian from DAR-MM for the results and reports.
  4. A non-refundable admin fee applies to each application submitted.
  5. Once an application is received and processed, amendments are not allowed. In case of adding new horses, a separate application must be submitted, and a new admin fee will apply.
  6. The Shipping fee is refundable upon cancellation of request, only if the package has not been dispatched.
  7. Standard results reporting turnaround time is 10 days from the date of sample collection in the case of in-house conducted tests, and 15 days if any test is outsourced to an international laboratory.
  8. Test fee is non-refundable if the analysis has been started.
  9. For the tests being outsourced, EVMC will not be responsible for any delays in results arising due to Testing laboratory, Delayed shipment by courier company, or Delayed shipment release by custom clearance department of importing country.
  10. EVMC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of opportunity, revenue or reputation, arising from the testing services or test results. EVMC shall additionally not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including acts of God, government actions, pandemics, transport issues or labor disruptions.
  11. The client shall indemnify EVMC against all claims, losses or costs arising from false information, misuse of results or breach of these terms
  12. The client acknowledges that personal data collected through this form will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Qatar for the purposes of fulfilling the test request. EVMC shall take reasonable measures to safeguard such data but shall not be liable for unauthorized access beyond its control.
  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar.
